ASSISTED LIVING

When the activities of daily living become difficult, our friendly capable nurses and aides are there to assist.  When recovering from major surgery or a recent fall, our quality personnel provide encouragement while maintaining the resident's independence.

• Licensed Staff of Nurses and Nurse Aides 24 Hours

• Bathing, dressing and personal hygiene assistance

• Assistance to and from meals and activities

• Meal Trays served in rooms, as needed by resident

• Medication monitoring and administration by licensed nurses

• Interdisciplinary CARE planning sessions with resident and family

• Regularly Scheduled Residents' Meetings

• Bi-Monthly Shopping excursions with residents or Personal Shopping service

• Weekly laundry of bed linens

• Daily laundry of bath linens and personal clothing

• Daily housekeeping including trash collection

• Appointment scheduling and transportation, as needed

• All Maintenance of apartments and grounds

• Three main meals, nutritionally balanced and tastefully prepared.  Snacks available anytime.

• Special diets and food preferences are accommodated

• Varied and fun activities balanced to address the social, spiritual, religious, physical, & playful needs of the residents; inside and outside of the Centre

CARE SERVICES I:   (Level A Assistance)
                                                               

• Toileting reminders with occasional assistance, as needed

• Monitoring of health problems, as needed

• Escort to and from dining room and activities, as needed

• Reminders and redirections, occasionally as needed

CARE SERVICES II:   (Level B Assistance)
                                

• Quarterly CARE planning sessions with resident and family

• Assessment of medication regiment

• Toileting reminders with occasional assistance, as needed

• Mobility assistance to and from dining room and activities , as needed

• Frequent reminders and redirections

• Meal Tray set-up

• Personal hygiene assistance

• Unit carpet cleaning, as needed

• Daily laundering of bath linens and bed linen laundering, as needed

COUPLES SUITES: Couples suites are available for either single or double occupancy.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES

• Landscaped Grounds with Wide Sidewalks and Convenient Benches.

• Cable Television, Personal Phone (additional charge).

• Medical and Incontinence Supplies (additional charge).

• Onsite Beauty and Barber Services - Shampoo/Set $13, Haircut $11, Permanents $36 and up.
