Discovery Care Centre’s Skilled Nursing Wing offers reputable skilled nursing care in an upscale environment. Guided by physician’s orders, all of our services are tailored to the resident’s individual needs so family and friends can have peace of mind knowing that their loved one is in the best possible hands and receiving the specialized care and attention they deserve.
Our 15-year success is built on our extraordinary staff. Under the direction of our around-the-clock licensed nurses, our residents receive a full range of beneficial services provided by our Certified Nurses Assistants, Social Services Director, Restorative Nurse, Dietician and Activity Leaders.
We have 58 beds in private or shared rooms in a secure, single level building that is easily accessible. Rooms can be decorated to suit individual styles and three nutritious meals are prepared and served daily. Snacks are offered in between meals, before bed and during activities. Specialized diets are also accommodated.
